(over 30 foot, you pay power)

(under 30 foot, we pay power)

*All rents under thirty (30) days require a 10.6% tax.

*Space Deposit - required for anyone staying in park for a duration longer than 30 days. A space deposit is equal to one month's rent and must be paid upon move-in.

*All units subject to inspection prior to move-in.

*Full payment two weeks in advance is required to reserve a site. Unless full payment for the entire length of stay is received, no reservation will be made. We do not reserve beyond 30 days.

*Refunds for cancellations/changes will be issued with at least 7 days notice in advance of schedule date of arrival, less a $10.00 handling fee.

NO REFUNDS within less than 7 days of scheduled date of arrival.

NO REFUNDS for early departure under any circumstances.
